Wahaca – London’s Mexican Street Food Chain

Starting off the reviews strong from across the pond. Today while in London I had lunch at Wahaca, part of a chain of Mexican street food restaurants. This restaurant was founded by Thomasina Miers, the 2005 winner of the UK MasterChef competition (the US version is one of my favorite shows). Enough background… time for tacos! Continue reading
